Single Wills

Anyone over the age of 18 can make a Will.

Mirror Wills

A pair of Wills which reflect the wishes of each other. Most suited to married couples or couples in a Civil Partnership.

Living Wills or Advance Directives

Many people wish to have a document drawn up which will take effect whilst still living but which sets out certain medical treatments which can or cannot be administered.

Protective Will Property Trusts
